Vaccination helps to protect your pet from serious diseases such as:
- Parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis and kennel cough in dogs.
- Cat flu and feline leukaemia in cats.
- Myxomatosis and viral haemorrhagic disease in rabbits.
It is also an essential requirement for a stay in kennels or a cattery. Your pet may require additional vaccinations from time to time, for example if travelling abroad.
Most pets need a yearly booster but we recommend you to discuss the most appropriate vaccination regime for your pet's circumstances with your veterinary surgeon. A good time to do this is when your pet visits for their annual health check.
