Many of our patients are receiving long term treatment and are eligible for ‘repeat prescriptions’. Usually, we see these patients every six months, although for some conditions and often at the start of a new treatment, this may be more frequently.
If your pet is due more of their usual medication, please contact us no less than 48-hours before you would like to collect this. This may be done by completing the form below or calling the surgery.
Please note we ask for at least two working days’ notice, so that our staff have the opportunity to order this specifically should we need to, but also to ensure that the medicine is still appropriate for your pet, and to arrange a recheck if necessary.
For routine flea and worming treatments for patients already under our care, we ask you to try to give us 24-hours’ notice. We accommodate all requests as far as possible.
We will now only issue written prescriptions directly to a named pharmacy electronically, this change will enable us to provide a more efficient service to our clients. However, we can issue a hard copy of the original prescription for you to post directly to the pharmacy or use in person.
We politely ask that when requesting this service that you include the name of the pharmacy you wish to use. It is advisable that you check that the pharmacy has your medication in stock prior to making your request.
Clients can also email any requests to firstname.lastname@example.org
